Types of Services
Colour consultancy
In the interior design world, the element of colour has the greatest impact on interior design but is also the most difficult to get right. Avoid buying 10 sample pots trying to find the perfect white and your other favourite colours. Interior and exterior colour palettes are developed for existing surfaces, new materials and finishes.
Interior Decoration
Involves the selection of finishes, fittings and fixtures including for kitchens and bathrooms. Includes the specification of interior and exterior colour, flooring, window treatments, furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork and decorative items.
Interior Design
In addition to colour consulting and interior decoration, this service also includes concept development, review of architectural plans, floorplan remapping, custom joinery design, and space and storage solutions.
Decision Maker Meeting
Are you about to renovate or build and have selected various options of materials, finishes and colours but are unsure whether you are on the right track? Are you about to decorate and have selected pieces of furniture but unsure if it they will create the look and feel you are after? This meeting provides confirmation of your selections and offers suggestions.
Getting Ready for Sale
Aims at making your home more appealing to buyers and increasing its market value. Updating of interior and exterior colour palettes are recommended. Just about any surface can be painted, including the roof, windows, driveway and fences, as well as the tiles, cabinetry and benchtops. Interior decoration, furniture placement and decluttering can also be recommended.
Fees
To keep it simple, fees charged are the same for all services. I can be involved in your project as much or as little as you would like. You will be surprised at how much can be covered in an appointment.
Initial in home appointment
$250 for up to 1.5 hours
This is required for all projects large or small.
Subsequent appointments
$180 per hour
This may be in your home, meeting you at a supplier or involve me sourcing finishes or interior decorator items for you.
Project fee
For larger projects, based on the scale of work and time required, a quote will be provided and a contract signed before work commences.
